Pepper Steak


2 large slabs chuck steak, sliced to your thickness
1 large onion, sliced
3 green bell peppers, sliced
2 red bell peppers, sliced
4 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. white vinegar
Black pepper and Garlic salt to taste

First you’re going to seasoning the steak strips then fry your steak in a hot wok with just about 2 tbsp. oil until your desired cooking time. When done frying your steak take it out and out it into a bowl until ready to use.

Now start to fry your onions for just about a few minutes and take it out and put it in the same bowl as your steak strips, in the same pan your now going to cook your peppers for just about 5-8 minutes. When this process is done you’re now going to add back in your steak and onions along with the soy sauce and vinegar let this cook for another 5 minutes together then enjoy with your favorite sides.
