Pork Adobo


4 pounds pork butt, cut into cubes
2 cups soy sauce
1 cup vinegar
1 tbsp. pepper corn
7 bay leaves
4 tsp. Goya Adobo Seasoning (found in your local grocery store, Asian Isle)
4 pieces garlic (minced)

Fry pork butt until brown then add your soy sauce, vinegar, pepper corn, garlic, adobo seasoning and bay leaves all together in pot and let it all cook together for 1 hour 30 minutes and serve.
